• Evaluations of patients are done within 48 hours of acceptance of referrals.
• Staff are trained and closely supervised to assure that state and Medicare mandated assessments are done in a timely manner.
• Submissions of paperwork are done in opportune conduct.
• Staff are trained to treat patients and their families with courtesy, and to educate them on ways to help patients manage their functional limitations safely and more efficiently.
